If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I placed my order over a week and a half ago. After contacting customer support about the delivery, they were completely unhelpful, they told me it was out for delivery which i could also see from the tracking. Coincidentally, on the very same day, my order was marked as “delivered.” The only problem? It was nowhere to be found. I checked everywhere, including with my neighbours, and there was absolutely nothing.
Today I spent the entire day trying to contact the company by both email and Instagram to request a refund. Unsurprisingly, I have received no response whatsoever.
Terrible customer service, terrible communication, and an overall bad experience.
Save your money and buy from a company that actually delivers both its products and basic customer service.
Sehr gute Qualität,tolle Farben und hält nur mit Stickern mindestens 2 Wochen. Auf den Fußnägeln sogar bis 3 Wochen auch bei geschlossenen Schuhen oder barfuß in Gartenclocks.Selbst Fußball mit dem Hund halten die Nägel stand und das nur mit den Stickern.Die Nägel werden auch wieder gerader👍👍👍👍👍Leider kann ich gar nicht soviel kaufen wie ich farblich tragen möchte😇
mi sono piaciute le extra corte, perchè al momento sono quelle più corte che ho trovato sul mercato, anche se mi sporgono comunque dal polpastrello. la colla è super durevole, ma per togliere le unghie poi si roviano e non le puoi più riutilizzare. proverò con gli adesivi, anche se li trovo più scomodi.
